The Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA) has hired Wes Forbes as an intern. Wes will support POMA’s communications and marketing efforts, including assisting with content creation campaign support, and social media management.
“I’m excited to join an organization that has such a big footprint in the outdoor industry,” said Forbes. “POMA is well respected, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from professionals and contribute to the organization’s work.”
Wes is currently pursuing his MBA at West Virginia University and has a background in wildlife management. Wes was raised in the mountains of West Virginia, where he grew up hunting and fishing, developing a love of the outdoors at an early age. His academic focus and hands-on background position him to bring a fresh perspective to the POMA team.
