If you have attended past POMA Annual Meetings and felt like there wasn’t enough meat on the bones to justify your travel expense, rest assured, this year’s Annual Meeting on Maumee Bay is a completely different animal!
From the opening bell on Monday morning, to when the final curtain drops on Wednesday evening, attendees of the POMA Annual Meeting on Maumee Bay hosted by Destination Toledo will be a jam-packed adventure full of content, educational opportunities and get your hands dirty activities.
No one will spend the three days stuck in a meeting room. Instead, attendees will be whisked from place to place for the marquee events that make this year’s meeting so great.
“We began revamping the Annual Meeting this past year in South Carolina,” explained POMA 1st Vice President and Conference Chair Britney Booth. “But now we’ve fully installed our vision, which is to prioritize unforgettable experiences. Because so many of these activities take place in smaller groups, there will be both lots of action and networking and friend building opportunities at the same time.”
POMA 2025 will in many ways feel like a tour as attendees will be visiting so many hotspots along Ohio’s North Coast, from Historic Camp Perry for our revamped Range Experience hosted by NSSF – The Firearm Industry Trade Association, to Magee Marsh, one of the nations top waterfowl and birding locales. Attendees will also visit trend setting state-of-the-art indoor shooting facilities for content creation day and a battery of field trips that bring everyone in direct contact with the water.
“I think this year’s evening hospitality time will be more important than ever to give people a chance to unwind and absorb everything they have experienced at this jam-packed three-day event,” explained POMA Executive Director Rob Sexton. “Now is the time to register so you won’t miss out!
