Celebrating 20 Years: POMA Rebrands for the Future of Outdoor Media

Honoring 20 Years of Connection. Elevating the Next Generation of Storytellers.

POMA is celebrating its 20th anniversary – two decades of uniting media and industry, championing responsible storytelling and strengthening the voices that shape our outdoor traditions.

As we mark this milestone, POMA is redefining its brand language and direction to better reflect who we are today and where we’re headed tomorrow.

Our new tagline, “Bringing outdoor media and industry to new heights,” captures the spirit of growth, collaboration and purpose that continues to drive our members and partners forward.

This rebrand also includes an updated mission and values statement that reinforces POMA’s member’s roles as connectors, mentors and leaders in outdoor communication:

POMA Mission:
The Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA) empowers outdoor communicators by promoting excellence in content creation, fostering business growth and connecting media professionals with industry leaders. We champion honest, responsible storytelling in traditional outdoor sports and conservation, while mentoring the next generation of media.

POMA Values:
At POMA, we believe in the power of storytelling to shape perceptions, preserve traditions and inspire future generations. Our values guide every connection we build and every message we share:

P – Professionalism: We commit to excellence in outdoor communication, upholding high standards of ethics, accuracy and quality across every platform and medium.
