An Interview With NAGR's Taylor Rhodes

Join POMA member John Petrolino, The Pen Patriot®, as he interviews National Association for Gun Rights’ Taylor Rhodes. Rhodes is the communications director of NAGR.

Rhodes and Petrolino chatted mid-2025 about the National Association for Gun Rights, National Foundation for Gun Rights, and their talks with the White House. The pair also talked about NAGR and NFGR’s plans for 2026, as well as their stance on working with groups that won’t compromise.

This interview was originally conducted for an article that appeared in the January 2026 issue of “Concealed Carry Magazine.” In “Alphabet Soup of Advocacy," Petrolino explored what the top five national Second Amendment groups have been up to and were planning for 2026.

For the article, Petrolino spoke to representatives of and top leaders from: Gun Owners of America, Gun Owners Foundation, Firearms Policy Coalition, FPC Action Foundation, National Association for Gun Rights, National Foundation for Gun Rights, National Rifle Association, NRA Institute for Legislative Action, the Second Amendment Foundation, and Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
