Whitetails Unlimited has granted $49,477 to DTD Outdoors over this past fiscal year. DTD stands for Deer, Turkey, and Ducks and focuses on providing hunting opportunities for military veterans and children with disabilities in and around Monroe County, Mississippi. The majority of the funds received by DTD were subsidized from WTU Mississippi Chapters who work very closely with DTD Outdoors.
DTD was started in 2018 by Cody Huston and Chad Hill who both felt the need to offer hunting excursions to those who may not otherwise have the capabilities. In addition to the hunting provided, the organization also provides support in the form of outdoor education and habitat enhancement.
