The Outdoor Outpost Launches as a New Ecommerce Marketplace Built for Outdoor Consumers, Brands, and Giving Back

Outdoor Specialty Media Group’s ecommerce platform helps outdoor brands reach new buyers while giving outdoor organizations like the Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA) a new way to raise revenue.

Cazenovia, NY July 2026 - Outdoor Specialty Media Group has announced the launch of The Outdoor Outpost, a new ecommerce platform created to connect outdoor consumers with trusted products, brands, and organizations while creating new fundraising opportunities for outdoor industry groups.

As part of the launch, The Outdoor Outpost is working with the Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA) through its Giving Back program. When shoppers use the code POMA1 at checkout, 10% of their purchase is donated back to POMA. Similar programs exist for other outdoor industry partners.

The Outdoor Outpost gives outdoor consumers a curated place to shop for gear, apparel, equipment, accessories, and outdoor lifestyle products, while giving outdoor brands a new sales channel backed by Outdoor Specialty Media Group’s growing network of digital publications, email audiences, social media reach, product reviews, buyer’s guides, and promotional content.
