POMA Thanks Platinum and Diamond Sponsors of the 2026 Summit

Posted on: Jun 04, 2026

POMA extends its sincere gratitude to the platinum and diamond sponsors of the POMA 2026 Summit, held last week at Wild Wings of Oneka in Hugo, Minnesota.

The POMA Summit is a premier gathering for outdoor communicators, content creators, photographers, videographers and industry leaders. This year’s event brought together more than 140 attendees for educational workshops, networking opportunities and memorable outdoor experiences, including shooting, turkey hunting, fishing, a behind-the-scenes tour of the Federal Ammunition factory and much more.

The platinum sponsor of the 2026 POMA Summit was NSSF – The Firearm Industry Trade Association. NSSF also served as the sponsor of the Summit’s Range Experience. Their longstanding partnership and support have played a vital role in the continued success of POMA and its annual Summit.

“NSSF has supported POMA since its beginning 20 years ago, because NSSF believes in upholding professional standards in journalism and content creation tied to our industry, shooting sports and the gun-owning community,” stated Justin Morrissey, NSSF Director, Social Media. “Our support is stronger than ever and it is our objective to provide POMA members with resources, events and research that strengthen their works and career potential. Being a part of the 2026 POMA Summit was tremendously valuable to NSSF and we look forward to our next POMA event.”

POMA is proud to recognize five diamond sponsors of the Summit: Sellmark/Pulsar, Federal, Safari Club International – SCI, the National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers (NASGW) and Gun Owners of America (GOA).

Sellmark/Pulsar sponsored Wednesday evening’s Campfire Connections, where attendees gathered around the fire to enjoy refreshments, build relationships and engage in meaningful conversations with fellow media members and industry partners.

Federal sponsored Wednesday’s educational sessions and welcomed Summit attendees to its clubhouse. Participants also had the unique opportunity to tour the Federal Ammunition factory and gain firsthand insight into the production of shotgun ammunition.

SCI sponsored the Pinnacle Awards, which recognize excellence in outdoor communications. The awards ceremony honored outstanding achievements in writing, photography, videography and storytelling that inspire and elevate the outdoor industry.

NASGW sponsored the live and silent auctions held Wednesday evening. Proceeds from the auctions support POMA programs and initiatives that create opportunities for outdoor communicators and industry partners. This year’s auctions were among the most successful in recent memory.

GOA sponsored Thursday evening’s Campfire Connections event, providing cigars for attendees as they enjoyed one final evening of networking and camaraderie before the Summit concluded.

“This year’s Summit brought new energy to POMA’s marquee event,” said Stephanie Spika Hickey, POMA Executive Director. “We could not have achieved this success without the support of our corporate partners and sponsors. We are incredibly grateful for their commitment to POMA and the outdoor communications community.”

Thank you to our platinum and diamond sponsors for your generous support, partnership and dedication to the outdoor industry. Your investment helped make the 2026 POMA Summit possible and continues to strengthen the future of outdoor communications.
