Join us for the kickoff of the very first POMA Meet-Up featuring the National Rifle Association. POMA Meet-Ups have been created to put outdoor media members in the room with the most influential folks in the hunting, fishing and shooting community.
Members of the media who are credentialed to attend the NRA Annual Meeting are welcome to attend the POMA Meet-Up on Sunday, May 19. The event will kick off at 8:30 A.M. in room C147 of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center on the lower level. NRA is graciously hosting and providing coffee and donuts for the get together.
Rob Sexton, Executive Director of the Professional Outdoor Media Association, will introduce the featured speakers who are the focus of the event. Those in attendance will meet and hear updates from Peter Churchbourne, the NRA’s Managing Director of the Hunters’ Leadership Forum and NRA Hunting; Hunters’ Leadership Forum Communications Director and Senior Editor of American Hunter, Karen Mehall Phillips; and Doug Hamlin, Executive Director of NRA Publications. Attendance is free of charge.
