POMA 2024 Annual Meeting Room Block Reservation Deadline Approaching

Time is running out to reserve your room for the Professional Outdoor Media Association’s Annual Meeting, held May 6-8 in Pinewood, South Carolina, hosted by the South Carolina Waterfowl Association. Pinewood is a small town located in the heart of South Carolina. The area is known for its historical landmarks, charming downtown area, ample outdoor activities and friendly people. There is a limited amount of hotel rooms available at the Hampton Inn by Hilton, located at 1370 Broad Street, Sumter, SC 29150. Discounted room rates are $136 per night, plus taxes. For reservations, call (800) 426-7866 and give code “POM.” The deadline to reserve rooms is April 1, 2024. There are two other lodging options available to POMA Annual Meeting attendees. Bunk-house, rustic accommodations with shared bathrooms and showers are available on-site. Groups of two, four or eight can be accommodated. The cost is $50 per person, per night. Please note that RV hookups are not available. There is ample area to fit up to 200 on-site camping tents. RV and tent camping is free of charge May 5-9.
