FIREARM PRODUCTION REPORT RELEASED ... NSSF released the Firearm Production in the United States, including the Firearm Import and Export Data 2023 Edition (reporting 2021 data), available to members only. Log in to the online store to access this most current Firearms Production Report in PDF file format. NEW ATF FORM 4473 TRAINING AVAILABLE ... “Completing ATF Form 4473 (August 2023 Version)” has been updated and is now available through the SHOT University^TM, available to members only Online education center, and the updated overlays are now available through the online store. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) made additional revisions to the form in Aug. 2023. The Revised Form will become mandatory for use on Feb.1, 2024. GOV. KEMP JOINS SHOT SHOW GOVERNORS' FORUM ... Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp is participating in the 3rd Annual NSSF Governors’ Forum at SHOT Show 2024. He will join seven other state governors on Wednesday, Jan. 24, from 1-2 p.m. in Palazzo M (5th Floor) and “Badges and Boots” Attorneys General Forum from 4-5 p.m. at the Great Outdoors Plaza, Caesars Forum. Both events are open to all SHOT Show badge holders.
