NCBA Invites Media to CattleCon 2026 in Nashville

Posted on: Dec 15, 2025

The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) invites outdoor columnists and journalists to apply for media credentials at the 2026 Cattle Industry Convention, or CattleCon, in Nashville, TN. CattleCon is the largest convention of American cattle farmers and ranchers. This event features:

  • Keynote by NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

  • Discussion of public policy on natural resources, wildlife, trade, tax, and marketing issues

  • Update on government advocacy efforts

  • Over 10 acres of tradeshow space

  • Opportunity to interview cattle industry leaders

  • Auction featuring hunts, fishing trips, and a limited-edition Henry lever action rifle

Cattle farmers and ranchers are hunters, anglers, and outdoor aficionados. The work they do directly supports wildlife habitat and the enjoyment of the great outdoors by all. In addition to learning about the cattle industry, this event is an opportunity to hear about the legislation and regulation impacting our public lands, private lands, and all of American agriculture.

As a fellow member of the Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA), we are pleased to extend an invitation for you to receive media credentials to cover this event. Media credentials offer FREE access to each meeting and evening events at the convention. Additionally, workspace and interview opportunities are provided to media covering the convention. Certain meals are included with the media registration. Housing and travel costs to Nashville are not included with media registration.

CattleCon is February 3-5, 2026, at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN. To view the full schedule, please visit https://convention.ncba.org/.

To request credentials, please contact NCBA Senior Director of Policy Communications Hunter Ihrman at hihrman@beef.org or (202) 347-0228.
