Formal Press Invite to Safari Club International Convention and Ultimate Sportsmen’s Market

This year’s Safari Club International Convention and Ultimate Sportsmen’s Market is returning to Nashville, TN from Wednesday, January 31, through Saturday, February, 3. Please fill out this form to submit a press registration request. Once approved, your press credentials will be available for pickup at Room 212 in Music City Center during Convention floor hours. Please make sure to register before the evening of Sunday, January 28, to ensure that we are able to review your registration. Registration will not be accepted after that date and will not be available in person. Approvals will be made on a rolling basis. Beginning in 2024, we kindly ask that approved media organizations who attend Convention produce public facing media content (blogs, vlogs, social content, opinion pieces, etc.) from the 2024 Convention in order to secure a press registration invitation to the 2025 Convention. This will now be a requirement for consideration each year moving forward for those who attended the previous year. Please send all content to SCIConventionComms@theheraldgroup.com.
