One of the highlights of this year’s annual Summit will be the dinners.
We’ll kick things off with Boots & Barbecue, a Western-inspired welcome evening that brings media and industry together. Enjoy a whole pig roast with classic sides—baked beans, potato salad, and coleslaw—plus cookies for dessert. It’s a relaxed night (country western attire encouraged) and the perfect way to unwind after a day of travel, meet new faces and reconnect with old friends. This dinner is sponsored by NSSF.
On Wednesday, the flavor turns up with Beef, It’s What’s for Dinner, hosted and sponsored by the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and the Public Lands Council. Expect bold bites like tri-tip sliders paired with hearty, flavor-packed sides. It’s a chance to unwind, swap stories from the day and continue building connections over a classic, crowd-pleasing meal.
We’ll close things out Thursday with a truly special Wild Game Dinner. Featuring dishes like pheasant and venison, this evening celebrates the traditions at the heart of our industry. Prepared by talented chefs Justin Townsend and Adam Berkelmans of Harvesting Nature, John Wallace of Wild Game Cook and Rikki Folder of Wild and Foraged, this is a one-of-a-kind dining experience you won’t find in any restaurant. It’s a fitting final dinner - where the stories we tell and the resources we steward come full circle - shared around the table with peers, partners and new connections made throughout the week.
Three nights. Three distinct experiences. All designed to bring people together and make the Summit unforgettable.
We can’t wait to see you there.
