William "Bill" Brod, a native of central New York State, is the Publisher and CEO of Outdoor Specialty Media Group, a digital publishing company dedicated to outdoor enthusiasts. He manages the business operations and helps lead the editorial vision behind North American Deer Hunter, North American Bow Hunter, Crossbow Magazine and North American Outdoorsman. A lifelong outdoorsman, Bill covers the full spectrum of hunting, fishing and shooting sports—from whitetail strategy and bowhunting fundamentals to crossbow tactics, gear selection and field-ready marksmanship. He’s known for translating real-world time afield into practical, step-by-step takeaways: how to choose equipment that fits the hunt, how to test gear honestly and how to make decisions that improve outcomes and safety in the field.

Vanessa Isaacson has built her career working in multiple facets of small business advocacy and marketing. She has spent her last ten years working closely with AvantLink partners to develop strategies and processes to take their affiliate programs to the next level. She lives in Park City, Utah with her husband, two daughters, two doggies and a cat where she enjoys hiking, biking, running snowboarding…anything the outdoors offer.

Sean Curtis is a Content Producer & Lead Review Analyst for Pew Pew Tactical--the 2025 Avantlink Affiliate Partner of the Year. Sean is a retired law enforcement officer with 22 years of service in roles such as Patrol Lieutenant, SWAT Commander and SVU Investigator. He's written for multiple print and digital publications since 2014.

Jeremy Britto is the Director of Business Development at AvantLink, where he has spent nearly 11 years helping drive growth and build strategic partnerships. A former member of the military, Jeremy brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to his work. Outside of his professional life, he’s a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time in the mountains, as well as hunting and participating in shooting sports.

Ryan Repp is the founder of Repputation Marketing, an agency specializing in affiliate and performance marketing for brands in the outdoor, shooting and tactical industries. His company was named the 2025 AvantLink Affiliate Agency of the Year, recognizing standout results in one of the most competitive affiliate ecosystems. In addition to affiliate management and consulting, Repputation Marketing also supports brands through public relations and social media management. Ryan has spent 14 years in the outdoor and firearms industry, including over a decade at Brownells, where he served as Vice President of Marketing. His work blends a deep cultural understanding of the outdoor industry with a performance-first marketing mindset—focused on driving measurable growth through affiliate partnerships, content and brand storytelling. Ryan and his team have helped more than 40 brands in the space grow revenue, launch products and build lasting customer connections.

Tim Brandt began his journey in the outdoor industry as an intern for an ammunition company. He jokes that giving away free ammo for 10 years was the only reason to believe he could start something like Murray Road Agency. No matter what, the agency has grown immensely and the talented and diverse team that surrounds Tim and co-owner Kelsey Puryear has helped pave the way for success. Prior to Murray Road, Tim navigated the corporate landscape—growing up within the marketing department—and eventually holding communications and marketing leadership positions with some of the industry’s top brands. While building the agency, he has been lucky enough to work with an ever-increasing list of A-list brands and business professionals. His career in this industry has turned into a lifelong passion and a ride full of amazing experiences and opportunities. Tim loves to hunt, fish, spend time with family, get outside and coach youth sports. Tim, his wife and three children reside in Charleston, SC where they enjoy the bounties of outdoor opportunities provided within the low country.
