Pure Archery Group is a leading manufacturer of premium archery products, producing accuracy-focused, performance-driven, and durable archery products for customers worldwide. These products include the most accurate compound bows suited for nearly every archer by the Bowtech and Diamond brands, as well as premium crossbows and accessories by Excalibur Crossbow. Rounding out the line are industry-leading archery accessories from Black Gold sights, TightSpot quivers, Ripcord arrow rests, as well as a full line of Octane products.

Position Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will enhance the digital presence of the Pure Archery group brands, build and engage with our social communities, and drive brand awareness through effective and strategic use of social media channels. This role plays a crucial part in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and contribute to its growth. The Social Media Coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies. The Social Media Coordinator must be a self-starter and team player who is willing to lead on multiple initiatives and jump in wherever the team needs support. Social media is one of the most indispensable pieces of marketing. In this role you will have the reigns to create and implement strategies needed to effectively communicate our brands and products’ culture to a huge consumer base in new and exciting ways.

Primary Job Responsibilities

· Owns all aspects of social media across all brands (currently 7) and platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

· Develops and coordinates innovative and creative social media presence across various social media platforms while working with appropriate members of the team to align with overall content plan and ensure brand consistency.

· Responsible for all inbound and outbound content management.

· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

· Write captivating captions and create visually appealing social content, utilizing photos, videos, and graphics to align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

· Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, moderate user-generated content and engage with followers to foster a sense of community and build meaningful relationships.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing objectives.

· Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI and report upstream.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating innovative ideas and tactics into our strategy

· Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

· Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization, preferably in the outdoor, sports, or lifestyle industry.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

· Familiarity with photo editing using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.

· Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be able and willing to travel domestically including air travel.

· . Passion for archery and outdoor activities is highly desirable.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other office duties as assigned. An example would be helping to pack product and marketing materials for event crates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
