As our company continues to expand, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to maintain our strong domestic presence while focusing on growing our international sales footprint. Position Summary:
The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing existing domestic accounts and leading efforts to expand sales in international markets. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, extensive sales experience, and a deep understanding of international business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domestic Sales:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing domestic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustained growth.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities with current clients.
- International Sales:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Cutting Edge Bullets’ presence in international markets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients across global markets.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade laws and regulations.
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs, providing regular reports to company leadership.
- Represent Cutting Edge Bullets at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5–7 years of experience, including substantial experience in international sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in the firearms, ammunition, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Global Business Acumen: Understanding of international trade, cultural nuances, and market-specific regulations.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and create actionable plans.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Passport required.
