Here’s what you’ll do:
- Organize and facilitate end-to-end (E2E) process design workshops to encourage collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of process elements, including inputs/outputs, steps, roles, responsibilities, improvement opportunities, and KPIs.
- Collaborate on the implementation plan with project leads and the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Create tracking tools for joint KPIs and ensure delivery on agreed milestones.
- Support project leads in the implementation of improvement initiatives and take ownership of selected workstreams.
- Provide objective assessments of business processes, offering actionable recommendations for refinement.
- Conceptualize, document, and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ensure consistent documentation of processes, standards, policies, and SOPs.
- Act as a continuous improvement "challenger" post-implementation.
- Engage, collaborate with, and influence stakeholders to align with Process Excellence strategy.
Do you qualify?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience, including process design and project management.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Working Conditions and Special Demands:

The annual pay range for this position is $95,000 - $118,500.
