Marketing Manager

PARD USA is seeking a Marketing Manager to add to our growing company. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual. You will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through creative ideas and hands on experience. An interest in working with night vision and thermal scopes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish as directed by the Director of Marketing
• Develop create and guide objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital and video assets
• Coordinate with Graphic Designer for design and production of flyers, posters, and digital content, ensuring they alignment with the PARD brand
• Collaborate with Executive and Sales teams to align marketing strategies, sales objectives and targets to ensure a cohesive approach to our market and revenue growth
• Assist Director of Marketing with budgets, allocating resources efficiently to various campaigns to maximize return on investment
• Social Media Management
• Assigned various projects as needed by the Director of Marketing
• Has the ability to travel to attend trade shows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising marketing strategies
• Significant experience gained in a managerial role with the ability to sustain market developments
• Strives in quick changing environment and with meeting numerous deadlines
• Possesses a metrics driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media strategy, as well as traditional media marketing
• Firearm Industry experience preferred
