Job Title: Real Avid Marketing Manager

Job Summary: As a Marketing Manager specializing in enthusiast markets, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand engagement and market penetration within our niche enthusiast community. Reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating closely with our Creative Team and Brand Leadership, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to resonate with passionate enthusiasts. This role demands a unique blend of strategic acumen, creative flair, and a deep understanding of enthusiast culture to effectively connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique preferences and behaviors of enthusiasts within our market segment. Leverage insights from market research, consumer trends, and community engagement to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  2. Product Management: Work with Product Development, manage new product packaging deadlines, train customer service, collaborate on launch plans.
  3. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that resonate with our enthusiast community. Partner closely with the Marketing and Creative Team to develop compelling creative assets and messaging that authentically reflect the passions and interests of our audience.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Management, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and community engagement initiatives. Champion the voice of the enthusiast community within internal discussions and decision-making processes.
  5. Brand Management: Ensure brand authenticity and resonance within the enthusiast market segment. Work with the Marketing and Creative Team to develop brand positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and visual identity guidelines that authentically reflect the values and aspirations of our enthusiast audience.
  6. Influencer Engagement: Foster relationships with key influencers and brand advocates within the enthusiast community. Develop and execute engagement initiatives, including partnerships, and content collaborations, to deepen our connection with enthusiasts and drive brand advocacy.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives within the enthusiast market segment. Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative Team to analyze creative performance and optimize strategies based on insights and feedback from the enthusiast community.
  8. Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget allocated to enthusiast-focused initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign costs, track expenses, and identify opportunities for strategic investment in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
  9. Social Media: Work with creative team to develop a content calendar and create content for our brands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing management roles, with a demonstrated understanding of enthusiast markets and communities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for cultivating creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build authentic relationships within the enthusiast community.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
  • Deep understanding of enthusiast culture, interests, and behaviors within the target market segment.
