eCommerce Site Merchandising Manager

Are you passionate about e-commerce, digital merchandising, and creating seamless shopping experiences? As an E-commerce Site Merchandising Manager at Pure Fishing, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites for multiple iconic brands. You’ll be responsible for curating product assortments, enhancing site navigation, and driving online sales, all while ensuring that our digital storefronts deliver an exceptional customer experience. What will you do?:
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions across multiple brand websites.
- Ensure visually compelling displays that align with seasonal campaigns and brand identity.
- Improve category pages, product filters, and site structure to enhance the customer journey.
- Monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, AOV) to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with marketing, content, UX/UI, and development teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Prevent stockouts and overstocking by tracking product performance and adjusting merchandising strategies.
- Mentor and guide site merchandisers to ensure consistency and best practices across all brand websites.

As an e-Commerce Site Merchandising Manager, you’ll work in a fast-moving digital landscape, where creativity meets strategy. What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in e-Commerce merchandising, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, etc.) and a strong understanding of SEO.
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Balance brand aesthetics with conversion-driving strategies.
- Experience mentoring and managing a team of site merchandisers.
- Passion for fishing or outdoor recreation is a bonus!
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.
