Digital Marketing Manager

GAIM Immersive Technology Group Inc is seeking a full-time employee to fill the role as Digital Marketing Manager based in our Manassas office in Virginia. This individual will be a key contributor in a dynamic, cross-functional role and be a part of a small team where teamwork is in focus. The role would include overseeing, establishing and executing GAIM Inc.’s overall marketing strategies nationwide for our B2C & B2B customers. This person will also manage and maintain GAIM’s digital ecosystem including websites, e-commerce content, and digital marketing campaigns. This position is offered as on-site or hybrid.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops holistic digital marketing strategy according to business goals across all digital channels for B2C and B2B in relation to GAIM's digital ecosystem (including social outreach, email marketing, paid search, and affiliate marketing) by product and/or campaign.
  • Ensure the consistency of brand’s digital voice and presence.
  • Determine appropriate distribution of budget and timing of campaigns.
  • Analyze and review marketing strategies based on KPIs, budget and related experience in digital and traditional media channels to establish ROI.
  • Determine key audience targets and third-party audience tools and vendors.
  • Oversee digital communication strategies between email, SMS marketing, written and visual content, website landing pages.
  • Manages marketplaces paid search campaigns from keyword optimization to ad copy development on each platform. Marketplaces include but not limited to: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Gunbroker.com advertising.
  • Manage SEO/SEM cross channels including paid social media, email marketing, paid search, display and affiliate marketing.
  • Develop and foster relationship with third-party media vendors to create marketing campaigns for targeted audiences with appropriate messaging and creative elements.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to execute product launches, update production descriptions, and promotions.
  • Write press releases and other media communications to promote GAIM and our products.
  • Develop annual advertising calendar and spend with the collaborations of the Expansion Manager to align all advertising efforts.
  • Manage the acquisition of advertising placements with media outlets for all product markets.
  • Establish, track, and analyze earned media content and brand representation.
  • Collaborate on advertising campaigns, concepts, and designs with members of the marketing team.
  • Support tradeshow & events with occasional travel requirements.
  • Manage advertising campaigns, concepts, and designs with members of the marketing/sales team.
  • Collaborate with overseas marketing department at GAIM AB.

Other Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital and social media.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Computer skills within a Windows based environment (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external stakeholders of GAIM Inc.

  • Possess a positive attitude with high Team-working spirit.
  • Willingness to travel to out-of-town trade shows and demo events when necessary is a plus.
  • Technical capabilities and capacity to handle VR installments. Previous experience from working with Oculus Quest or other VR-Platform is a plus. Knowledge of hunting and firearms industry is a requirement.

Required Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
  • 5 years of previous experience from Marketing roles required
