Digital Loyalty Specialist (Entry Level)

Location: Charleston, SC or Columbia, SC

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric Digital Loyalty Specialist to drive deeper engagement with both new and existing consumers. This role focuses on enhancing the customer journey through innovative loyalty tools, personalized programs, and thoughtful outreach. You will be responsible for executing strategies that surprise and delight customers—whether through automated platforms or manual email campaigns—fostering long-term brand loyalty and increasing repeat purchases.

You’ll work closely with our digital marketing, merchandising, operations and even creative teams to bring ideas and programs to life and be the go-to for lifetime value reporting and insights.

What will you do?

  • Design and implement digital loyalty programs that build customer loyalty, drive continued engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage CRM and loyalty tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized experiences - even personalized emails and relationships with top customers.
  • Execute manual and automated email campaigns to surprise and delight customer's post-purchase and check in on end-to end customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, customer engagement, and retention metrics. Including NPS scores, LTV, and loyalty/rewards performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and customer service teams to ensure our top customers are engaged, and new customers are being nurtured across programs.
  • Stay current on loyalty trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve.
  • Be the point person for all discounts, VIP, and customer groups sales initiatives and plan these into our ecommerce GTM calendar events.

What makes you a great catch?

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, or loyalty program management.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CDP/CRM systems, and analytics tools. (Google analytics, shopify reporting)
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms is a bonus
  • Understanding of growth marketing principles and how design impacts KPIs like CTR, CVR, and LTV models to build out forecast for loyalty/engagement programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to take creative direction and work across teams
  • Passion for outdoor lifestyle, fishing, or sports is a major plus
