Description
Duck Camp is currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our Corporate and Key Account Sales channels. This is a key role responsible for driving strategic partnerships, executing seasonal sales programs, and identifying scalable opportunities within the outdoor, hunting, and fishing industries. You will serve as the main point of contact for corporate customers, developing strong relationships and driving performance across our B2B initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Duck Camp and corporate partners, managing all aspects of key account relationships with professionalism and strategic oversight
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients and lodge partners, gaining deep insight into their business needs including product assortment, sales cycles, and payment structures
- Develop and execute seasonal corporate sales programs that align with product launches, inventory availability, and overall brand objectives
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with key accounts
- Manage the end-to-end custom order process, ensuring timely, accurate delivery and a seamless branded experience
- Provide proactive support on stock availability, lead times, restocks, order timelines, invoices, and other day-to-day account needs
- Lead outreach and follow-up efforts to generate leads and convert new corporate accounts, including identifying high-potential prospects
- Onboard and train new partners on B2B platforms, enabling confident, self-sufficient ordering
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support seasonal campaigns, custom assortments, and special offers tailored to corporate accounts
- Own the sales forecasting process for the corporate channel, working closely with Inventory and Fulfillment to ensure supply alignment and reduce out-of-stock risk
- Track, analyze, and report on corporate sales performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities to improve service and grow revenue
- Maintain accurate customer records, including order history, account details, communication logs, and sales performance
- Provide post-sale service and support, managing issues such as returns, exchanges, and customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery
- Represent Duck Camp at seasonal trade shows, corporate events, and B2B initiatives, supporting brand awareness and relationship-building efforts
Desired Skills & Experience
- A seasoned sales professional with 3+ years of Corporate or B2B Sales experience in the outdoor, hunting, or fishing industries
- Experienced working with B2B platforms like Elastic, or similar digital sales tools.
- A strategic thinker with strong follow-through, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passionate about the outdoors and excited to build lasting relationships with like-minded partners
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on collaboration and ownership
