The Copywriter will report to our Creative Director and will play a critical role in maintaining our tone of voice across all brand touchpoints.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience writing for a marketing organization or creative agency required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.• Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio of work to share that demonstrates short -form and medium-length marketing and/or advertising copy.• Ability to effectively communicate specialized and technical information clearly.• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.• Knowledge of shooting sports, optical products, firearms applications a strong plus.• Proficiency with MS Office and relevant social media platforms.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work takes place on-site at Leupold and Stevens’ headquarters in Beaverton, OR.
