The Communications Coordinator coordinates projects and ongoing work related to fundraising appeals and member-facing communications, providing strong attention to detail and accuracy. They work closely with program leads/managers and vendors to implement assigned elements of the project or program to meet quality control standards. They assist with basic updates of direct mail print layouts. They also build and maintain libraries of communications assets that allow Membership to communicate efficiently and accurately with our audiences, such as fact-checking library, photo rights tracker, personalization library, etc. They provide functional/administrative support for the team/group/operating unit.   • Bachelor’s degree and 1-year related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience with relevant technology such as Microsoft Suite needed for communications, constructing reports, and managing calendars.
  • Experience with InDesign and print production layouts.
  • Experience providing administrative or project support.

SALARY INFORMATION The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $45,600-$67,050 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
