An identity score can give insight into whether your personal identifying information is being used fraudulently to obtain goods or services in your name.
My ID Score is a free service to help assess your risk of identity theft -- it does more than just monitoring credit reports can do. Simply provide some personal information and answer a few questions and the site will provide a "score" from 1 to 999. As opposed to credit scores, the lower the score, the better. The higher the score, the greater the risk that your identy may possibly be misused. If a high score is returned, the site recommends steps to take to lower the risk.
