Microsoft Office 365 - Look Out Google Apps. Really?

Small and large businesses looking for a cloud option that deliveres productivity and communications tools across platforms, from desk top to Web and mobile. The suite is now open for public beta testing.

PCWorld.com reports Office 365 includes Office Web Apps productivity tools; Lync for IM, VoIP, and online meetings; Exchange Online for mobile access to e-mail, contacts, and calendars; and SharePoint Online for shared documents and internal sites. Some bundles include the desktop Office Professional Plus.
