When I write these Biz Tips each week, I picture a narrow subset of readers: outdoor writers, editors, and entrepreneurs. In reality, I'm sure those listed occupations don't come close to capturing the full breadth of unique occupations this group represents. But regardless of specific occupation, I think we all share a common thread: we are creators.
I have no doubt we all have the ability to change conservation and hunting for the better with our ideas. Sadly, most ideas never make it out of our heads, and if they do, entrepreneurial ventures generally don't last long.
This is often due to poor preparation on the part of the entrepreneur. Performing good market research is an underrated, but vital part of any new venture.
