Learning from Failure

Back in September, I wrote a Biz Tip about goal-setting. I shared my goal of arrowing a mature bull elk here in my home state of Idaho. Well, archery elk season ended about 2 months ago and my freezer is looking suspiciously empty. Yes, its true, the elk won again. Since I started elk hunting at 13 years old, I've noticed a trend. More often than not, God sides with the elk. Or at least that's how I choose to see it.
The truth is, I loved every moment in the woods this year, and I learned more about bowhunting and elk behavior than ever before. It was a year of failure, but also tremendous growth for me. Failure can often act as a vehicle to propel us forward if we let it, so with that in mind, I found an article that details how we can get the most out of failure.
