In this digital era, it seems impossible to make it through a day without being inundated with senseless information. No matter where we go, somebody is vying for our attention. Companies promise quick fixes, shortcuts, and life hacks. If you're like me, you ignore 99% of ads simply because there isn't enough time to process what is happening. With this kind of corporate competition, it seems impossible for a company to get a point across. But it isn't.
People have an innate ability to distinguish truth from lies. Because of this, the best way to grab someone's attention is by telling the truth. Companies that have a strong sense of self and are able to express their values to customers will always outperform similar companies who conjure up a false image in hopes of tricking consumers. Simple, good old-fashioned honesty stands out more than anything in today's world of lies and half-truths.
