The Post It Trick
While speaking with a long-time client of ours last week, he revealed a guerilla marketing technique he had been using lately with much success. Follow these steps and try it out for yourself!
- Find a high traffic area where you think your prospect will be lurking.
- Prepare some post it notes with positive things about your business… “Call about house painting, great deal!”, “Had great samples, call next Tuesday”, etc.
- Affix the post it note to one of your awesome plastic business cards.
- Drop your card / post it combo in the high traffic area you found. The post it note is like an instant referral for your business.
