Overview
Swanson Russell is seeking a Web Project Manager to support and execute a variety of digital initiatives across websites and email platforms. This role is central to delivering high-quality digital experiences in partnership with cross-disciplinary teams—including strategists, designers, developers, and account leads. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, highly organized, and fluent in the digital project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage website and email projects from kickoff through launch, including timelines, budgets, and resource coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital deliverables align with strategy, brand standards, and technical requirements
  • Lead QA and testing efforts to ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness
  • Populate, maintain, and optimize web content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
  • Plan, build, and schedule email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot
  • Support site launches, performance monitoring, and SEO implementation
  • Translate technical details into client-friendly updates and clear internal communication

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital project management or a related digital marketing role
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal) and email platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
  • Basic understanding of web analytics, SEO, and responsive design best practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
