Graphic Designer

Hoyt Archery, an industry leader in archery and bowhunting gear, is searching for an in-house Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, efficiency and enthusiasm to the marketing team. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must, along with the ability to work in a team environment. Candidates will need to push themselves, staying current with branding, marketing, advertising, web/UX design and photography trends and the most efficient techniques and practices within the necessary applications.

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on developing all marketing materials, including television and ad campaigns, collateral, websites, social media branding, logos, brand guides, etc.
  • Assist in the design of product packaging, product catalogs, clothing graphics, user manuals and instructions.
  • Work with the Social Media Specialist and the rest of the Marketing Team to create social media imagery and messaging for use on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and more.
  • Create posters and flyers promoting products to dealers and consumers worldwide.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Adobe programs, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Willingness to accept feedback and change direction when needed.
  • Must possess excellent organizational, problem-solving and planning skills.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience with emerging AI tools and workflows
  • Advertising – Digital, Social and Traditional
  • College Degree in related field
  • A passion for the outdoors and archery/bowhunting
