Mayfly Outdoors is a dynamic and innovative leader in the Fly-Fishing Industry. We are committed to delivering top-notch products and services to our customers, and we are expanding our team to take our online presence to the next level.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Ecommerce and Web Design Manager to oversee our online retail strategies and improve our website’s user experience.

In this role, you will manage the ecommerce platform, enhance our digital storefront, and collaborate with various teams to maximize our online sales potential. Areas of key responsibilities include:

Website & Platform Management
Product Launches & Campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Email Marketing & Paid Performance
Analytics & Optimization
Data & Reporting

This position is:

· Full Time Exempt in Montrose Co Corporate location

May require travel upto 10% based on business needs
Starting wage $60,000- $70,000

**Qualifications: **

3-5 years’ experience managing eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (BBA) with an E-commerce Concentration preferred
Strong visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
Clear understanding and experience in Fly Fishing industry outdoor gear, or lifestyle content is a plus
Strong understanding of coding, UX, SEO, and CRO best practices
Working knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email platforms
Experience with Shopify and ERP connectors
A self-starter with strong communication and time management skills
Creative and quick to execute on tight timelines
