About the Role
The Digital Media Coordinator is a hands-on content creator and digital storyteller, supporting Easton's legendary archery brands through creative media production and digital campaign execution. This role blends creativity and strategy-building email campaigns, designing scroll-stopping visuals, capturing video content, and helping grow a community of archery fans and customers.
This position joins a collaborative marketing team where creativity meets precision. It's fast-paced, content-driven, and rooted in the outdoor lifestyle. Ideal candidates bring a passion for storytelling, a sharp visual sense, and the technical skills to create and publish compelling digital content that drives real results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Creation & Publishing
- Develop and execute weekly email marketing campaigns while growing and maintaining email subscriber lists
- Design and publish digital content, including graphics, animations, and video, across social and email platforms
- Produce educational content and tutorials for blog and customer education initiatives
- Monitor digital trends and apply fresh ideas across platforms, including social, blog, SEO, and email
- Drive growth in social media following, email engagement, and direct sales through impactful content
- Report campaign performance and audience insights to the marketing and sales teams
- Capture and produce content during events and product shoots
E-Commerce Content Development
- Create product and brand content that improves user experience, drives engagement, and boosts online conversions
Marketing Support
- Support general marketing efforts, including photography, video production, and planning
- Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects
- Contribute to a variety of team initiatives, with flexibility to take on evolving priorities
Ideal Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated creative skills in content design, visual storytelling, and digital publishing
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail in managing multiple projects
- A natural problem-solver with the ability to move projects from concept to completion
- Familiarity or passion for archery, hunting, or outdoor sports is highly valued
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.)
- Working knowledge of email marketing, SEO fundamentals, blogging, and social media tools
- Background in digital media, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Capable video editor and content producer for various platforms, including YouTube and Instagram
