- Maintain production budgets, track expenses, and manage external vendors (photographers, stylists, editors, etc.) as needed
- Oversee studio operations and asset flow, ensuring equipment, samples, and props are available, organized, and prepped for use
- Act as the on-set point person to ensure shoots run efficiently and stay on brief
- Support post-production workflows, including managing file handoffs, deadlines, and review cycles
- Contribute to continuous improvement of studio processes, tools, and production quality standards
You have:
- 3–5 years of experience in content production, creative operations, or a similar role in photo/video production

- Experience working with external vendors, talent, and freelancers
- Highly organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- Skilled communicator who can bridge creative and operational teams
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of process and results
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to be on set, lift production gear/samples, and move between studio and location environments as needed
