Overview
The Associate Digital Analytics Specialist is a role designed to build hands-on expertise in digital tracking, data collection, and performance reporting. This position supports the analytics team across client campaigns, with a primary focus on implementing and maintaining analytics tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio and other related platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking tags (media pixels, event tracking, QR codes) using GTM
  • Maintain documentation for tag setups, data layers, UTMs, and cookie consent tools
  • Pull and format reports from GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance reporting platforms
  • Build and maintain client dashboards
  • Identify patterns in performance data and assist with A/B testing summaries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align tracking with business KPIs
  • Support CMS content population and SEO analytics tasks when needed
  • Stay current on analytics trends, privacy regulations, and measurement strategies

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years in digital marketing, analytics, or campaign reporting
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and web performance indicators
  • Working knowledge of GTM, GA4, Looker Studio (or other data visualization tools), and digital ad platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn
  • Clear communicator, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
