In POMA's 2012 board of directors election, Voting Media Members elected Steve Pennaz and Kevin Reese to the POMA Board of Directors, as media directors. Corporate Partners confirmed Steve McGrath with Camp Chef as the Corporate Partner director. In addtion, the current board elected officers for 2012 - 2013.
