Otis Technology is pleased to announce its participation as the presenting sponsor of the first annual Babes with Bullets 3-Gun Challenge. The match takes place April 30th – May 1st at the Miculek’s Shootout Range near Shreveport, LA.

In this unique match, there will be an equal number of male and female participants, for a total of 200 competitors.  In addition, this match is adopting an “equal play, equal pay” philosophy in that the prizes will be distributed between the men’s and women’s divisions as equally as possible.  Each division will also have a junior and senior category.

“Otis is excited to participate in this inaugural event.  We’ve been a huge supporter of the Babes with Bullets training camps for many years.  We are proud to stand behind Babes with Bullets as they travel across the US and teach women about firearms and firearms safety,” states Heather Bennett, Marketing Manager for Otis Technology.

In addition, Otis Technology Founder, Doreen Garrett will be in attendance at the event.  Garrett started Otis at the age of sixteen after a fall in the mud while deer hunting.

Tracy & Lanny Barnes, former Olympic Biathletes, will be competing in the match on behalf of Otis.  The Barnes twins have been a part of the Otis prostaff team for over ten years and since their retirement from Olympic competition, they are now focused on firearms training through their facility, T.O.P Institute and competing in 3-gun matches.  They’re also Babes with Bullets instructors.
