- Keep copies or note tracking information
- Require delivery confirmation or signature
- July 5 — Make auction donations via online form
- Aug. 1 — Book hotel rooms (Special rate room block limited. First-come, first served)
- July 20 — Register for Conference
- July 1 — Final deadline for POMA Camp Exhibitor spot (Spots limited, assigned first-come, first-served)
- June 15 — Final deadline to book conference partnerships (First-come, first-served)
- June 25 — Complete all partnership planning with hotel/convention center staff and/or POMA staff
- July 20 — Ensure all press kits, auction items, Product Showcase, POMA Camps and Shooting Day products, banners and collateral material are shipped to arrive at the Harrah’s July 25 – 27.
