Let POMA Work for You
I’ve learned over the years that the quickest way to get from where you are to where you want to be is to find someone who is already where you want to be and do whatever he or she tells you to do. POMA is the best place to find a mentor to help you become an outdoor communicator, a PR professional, a videographer, a photographer or any other area for communicating the out-of-doors.
I always try to learn from people I believe to be better than me in our craft, and I find those people in POMA.
POMA was founded on the principles that outdoor professionals get together and share ideas, they can help each other make more money. Helping our members make more money is at the very core of our organization.

2012 Conference Fees
Each individual, corporate entity and corporate representative planning to attend POMA's 7th Annual Business Conference must complete an individual registration form. The registration form automatically calculates fees based upon the pricing below.
Media Member or Media Member Guest
►Regular Full-Conference Fee $195 (April 2 through July 10)
►Late Full-Conference Fee $205 (July 11 on)
►Onsite Media Day Passes $85 (Thurs., Fri. or Sat.) - all sessions, events and meals for one-day are included. Bring media organization membership card or other proof of media affiliation and drivers license. Pay onsite at the registration desk.
Student Fees
►Student registrants pay a $50 deposit – which is refunded when they attend conference.
Corporate Partner Member Company + 1 Representative
►Regular Full-Conference Fee $525 (April 2 through July 10)
►Late Full-Conference Fee $550 (July 11 on)
Includes participation in all events, including product displays.
Corporate Partner Representatives 2 - 5
►Regular Full-Conference Fee $100 (April 2 through July 10)
►Late Full-Conference Fee $115 (July 11 on)
Includes participation in all events, including product displays.
Non-Member Individual + Guests
►Regular Full-Conference Fee $245 (April 2 through July 10)
►Late Full-Conference Fee $255 (July 11 on)
Non-Member Company + 1 Representative
►Regular Full-Conference Fee $900 (April 2 through July 10)
►Late Full-Conference Fee $950 (July 11 on)
Non-Member Company Representatives 2 - 5
►Regular Full-Conference Fee $120 (April 2 through July 10)

►Regular Full-Conference Fee $220 (April 2 through July 10)
►Late Full-Conference Fee $230 (July 11 on)
Registration Refund Policy: Cancellations received by June 15, full refund. Cancellations by July 1, 75-percent refund. Cancellations by July 10, 50-percent refund. Conference no shows & cancellations after July 10, no refund.
